The 2016 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) ceremony is currently taking place at the Obi Wali International Conference Center in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The ceremony will recognize and honor excellence among directors, actors, and writers in the film industry.

The awards night will be hosted by Chris Attoh, Mike Ezuruonye and Kgopedi Lilokoe.
